When the rail car arrives at the rail site storage, we will commence transloading services based on the customer's schedule, transferring materials onto bulk tank rail cars or bulk chemical transport tank trailers.

Once loaded, our safe and reliable transportation company will handle the chemical transportation of your product to its proper destination, utilizing rail site storage and transloading services when necessary.

Our gated facility offers limited access to the premises, ensuring safety for all activities, including chemical transportation and rail site storage. Additionally, we provide 24/7 onsite security video monitoring to enhance the safety and security of all equipment and personnel involved in our transloading services.

Customer Name c/o ChemFlo North America, LLC 351 Dion Street, Emmett, ID 83617 - a hub for chemical transportation, rail site storage, and transloading services.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Our operating hours for chemical transportation services are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Please note that any requested loading time for rail site storage or transloading services outside of these normal business hours requires advanced approval and will incur overtime charges.
RAILCAR PRE-NOTIFICATION:
The customer is required to send the Bill of Lading for railcar shipments to ChemFlo via email at the time of shipment. It is essential that ChemFlo is listed as a consignee on the railcar Bill of Lading. Additionally, the customer must provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each shipment when applicable, especially when utilizing our chemical transportation and transloading services, which may also involve rail site storage.
Truck Bill of Lading:
The customer must furnish a proper legal Bill of Lading for each product shipment related to our chemical transportation services. ChemFlo will provide copies of the truck Bill of Lading for each truck shipment after completed delivery. Additionally, the customer is required to provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each shipment, if applicable, especially when utilizing our rail site storage and transloading services.
INVENTORY:
ChemFlo will provide a monthly inventory report at the close of each month to the customer, if desired, ensuring transparency in our chemical transportation services and supporting our rail site storage and transloading services.
BILLING:
Billing for railcar transloading services will be billed separately from any freight charges, including those related to chemical transportation and rail site storage.
