When the rail car is delivered on site, we will begin transloading according to the customer's scheduling onto bulk tank rail cars or bulk chemical transport tank trailers.

Our gated facility offers limited access to the premises, as well as offer 24/7 onsite security video monitoring to provide all equipment and personnel an additional level of safety and security.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requested loading time outside of normal business hours requires advanced approval and will be subject to overtime charges.
RAILCAR PRE-NOTIFICATION:
- Customer is to send the Bill of Lading of railcar shipments to ChemFlo via email at the time of shipment
- ChemFlo must be shown as a consignee on the railcar Bill of Lading
- Customer to provide COA with each shipment(if applicable)
Truck Bill of Lading:
- Customer to furnish proper legal Bill of Lading for each product shipment
- ChemFlo will provide copies of the truck Bill of Lading for each truck shipment after completed delivery
- Customer to provide COA with each shipment(if applicable)
INVENTORY:
ChemFlo to provide monthly inventory report at the close of each month to customer if desired.
BILLING:
Billing for railcar transloading fees will be billed separate from any freight charges.
