Transloading Rates and Fees

Rates will be quoted based on specific product and handling characteristics, including considerations for railcar storage fees and rail transfer fees, as well as the applicable DOT Hazard Class for our transloading services.

Only charged when utilizing transloading services outside normal business hours to avoid additional railcar storage fees and rail transfer fees.

Only if the loading time exceeds the included 2 hours, will additional railcar storage fees apply, along with potential rail transfer fees for the transloading services.

The minimum charge for the first 4 hours includes rail transfer fees; thereafter, there is an excess charge of $25.00 per 1/4 hour. Please note that call-out fees are in addition to the normal railcar storage fees associated with our transloading services.

Additionally, there is a $50.00 hook up fee per railcar, which is part of the railcar storage fees associated with our transloading services. Please also consider any rail transfer fees that may apply.

Valves required to unload the customer's railcars, which will be supplied by the customer, are essential for our transloading services. ChemFlo will purchase the appropriate valves with prior permission from the customer. These valves will be dedicated solely to the transloading of the purchasing customer's product, helping to minimize any railcar storage fees or rail transfer fees.
